Chloe Schwenke

Dr. Chloe Schwenke is an international human rights activist, development practitioner, academic, and ethicist who has advised the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the United Nations Development Program, the United States Agency for International Development, and leading NGOs and consulting firms on applied ethics, anti-corruption, gender, governance and civil society, leadership training, and urban & regional planning. She most recently worked as vice president for global programs for Freedom House in Washington, D.C., USA.
